5. Brickwork stage: This is the stage of building the building walls using bricks.


6. Plastering stage: This is the stage of covering the ceilings and walls with thick materials to prepare the building for the finishing stages.


7. Electrical works stage: This is a very important stage for establishing electrical extensions inside walls, preferably for various types of electricity, lighting, etc., in addition to installing electrical switches, monitoring and alarm systems, etc.


8. Tile installation stage: This is the stage in which tiles are installed in all rooms and building facilities.


9. Carpentry and wood stage: This is the stage in which interior doors and main accessories that require wood such as door frames are installed.


10. Wall painting stage: This is the final stage of the construction stages.

● A contract for the sale of a property under construction is a binding consensual contract: This contract is based on the consent of the two parties, the seller and the buyer, and obligates both parties to fulfill their obligations. 

The buyer is obligated to pay the full amount of the property, and the seller is obligated to complete the construction of the property as agreed upon in the contract on the specified date.


● A contract for the sale of a property under construction is a contract of exchange: Both parties receive consideration for what they provide. 

The buyer receives the property in exchange for the price he provides, and the seller takes the price in exchange for completing the construction, delivering the property, and transferring ownership.

● A fixed-term contract: It is a contract with a specific term that is agreed upon at the time of contracting, and the seller is obligated to complete and deliver the property on the specified date agreed upon.

● Real estate contract for a non-existent property, which may exist in the future: Here is the main point of difference between a contract for the sale of a regular property and a contract for the sale of a property under construction, where the subject of the contract is a building that does not exist or has not yet been completed, the sale can be future provided that it is realized. 

● Contract for transfer of ownership: There is no sale without transfer of ownership, once the construction is completed the contract is binding and each party is bound by his obligations towards the other, the seller is bound to transfer ownership of the property to the buyer.
